We design the controller, the gateway and the field module, write their firmware and manufacture their boards. The result: automation hardware that integrates vendor-independently and keeps running on its own in the field.

// 01 WHAT WE DO
Where an automation product is split across three suppliers, responsibility is split too. We do all three ourselves — so when the field asks for something, we can change the board, the firmware or the tool.
01
Circuit design, board layout and mechanics: from the DIN-rail body to the terminal arrangement, designed to work inside a panel.
02
Multitasking firmware on an industrial 32-bit platform: watchdogs, fail-safe behaviour, OTA updates and local web services.
03
EnergyPlus Workbench and our Niagara modules: our own toolset to build, deploy, back up and service the application in the field.
// 02 TECHNOLOGY
No closed protocols, no integration locked behind a licence. Our devices speak the industry’s common language.
// 03 SOLUTIONS
Products matter as part of an application, not on their own. The six field scenarios we meet most often:
ASHRAE / ANSI 135
ASHRAE assigned our devices a globally unique vendor identifier. It means EnergyPlus hardware joins any BACnet building management system under its own identity — not as an “unknown device”.

From the controller to the sensor well — the layers an automation panel needs. Technical documents and purchasing are in the online store.

The register map and BACnet object surface are fixed. A team that learns it once uses the same map at the next site; commissioning time shortens from project to project.
Our gateways track each slave’s response time and success rate separately and keep the latest faults with timestamps. Which device is breaking the line is written on the screen.
Control logic runs on the device through Sedona. If the server, the network or the head-end drops, sequences and schedules keep running locally and fail-safe defaults take over.
Every device has a local web interface and a BLE service. A technician pairs with a phone, tests the channel, changes a setting; updates arrive over OTA.
The team that designs the board, writes the firmware and manufactures it is the same. When a special terminal layout, a different channel structure or project-specific behaviour is needed, your counterpart does not change.
Our engineering team works through the process with you, from device selection to integration architecture. Write to us for a quotation, a sample or integration support.
