Personal data processed

This website does not track visitors and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Personal data is processed only in the following case:

• Contact form: full name, email address, company name and phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Server logs: for security and error tracking, IP address and browser information are kept in web server logs for a limited period.

Purposes and legal grounds

• To respond to your request, quotation enquiry or technical question — Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of Law No. 6698.
• To secure the website and prevent abuse and automated attacks — Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers and international transfer

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against bot attacks; in this context your IP address and browser information may be processed on the provider’s servers abroad for security purposes. The site infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye.

Retention period

Information submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period thereafter against possible disputes; it is deleted or anonymised once the purpose ceases. Server security logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights (Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request rectification if incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
